You’re doing your best
Oprah Winfrey once said that “when you know better, you do better”, and this couldn’t be truer for moms. You might be looking around and comparing yourself to other parents, but you have no idea what their journey is about. When you catch yourself feeling less than amazing, remember that you’re doing your best and that’s good enough for your little one.
You are wondering if you’re doing enough
Just the fact you’re thinking of ways to improve means you’re thoughtful and you take your role of being a mom seriously, so breathe and give yourself a break!
The kids are fed, healthy and happy, and it’s all thanks to you
See? You’re doing a great job. We want the best for our kids and sometimes we lose sight of the things that really matter. There’s no such thing as a perfect mom, but there is a mom who is the perfect fit for her kids.
When your kids tell you they love you
Children are generally honest, so best believe that these words are coming from a genuine place. Your little one’s vocabulary may not be vast enough to fully express how they feel so when these three magical words are uttered, know that your child’s world is a warm and happy place because you’re in it.
Your little one is genuinely happy to see you
Nothing beats a warm and sincere smile after a long day, and when your little one runs towards you, grinning from ear to ear, take this as a gentle reminder that you are enough!
Some days are hard and that’s OK

We’re all on a learning journey and, guess what? Growth is messy and so is parenting (sometimes). So embrace the uncertainty, let it rattle you and mould you into the best version of yourself. You can always marvel at the masterpiece when you get to the other side, but until then…give yourself an ‘A’ and trust that you deserve it!
